How to Get Agheel's Flame in Elden Ring
Unfortunately, you can't just pick up this spell as loot. Instead, you will have to hunt dragons, more precisely, to get Agheel's Flame in Elden Ring, you must exchange two Dragon Hearts in the Dragon Communion Altar.
This Altar is located in the Cathedral of Dragon Communion in the Caelid region. Just head south from Caelid Highway South Site of Grace, and you'll find the location you're looking for. However, the range of spells that Dragon Communion Altar can offer you is limited initially and will be unlocked after defeating certain enemies.
In the case of Agheel's Flame, you need to defeat Agheel's Flying Dragon. This can be quite a difficult battle, but by following our guide you will be able to defeat this boss. On top of this, you will have to defeat at least one more dragon to get the second Dragon Heart. Once both objectives have been completed, return to the Dragon Communion Altar and interact with it to finally get Agheel's Flame for the price of two Dragon Hearts.

Like other Dragon Communion Incantations, Agheel's Flame scales with Faith (23) and Arcane (15). Therefore, you should invest in these stats in advance to use this deadly Spell.
Each use costs 60 Stamina and 36 FP and summons a head of Agheel that breathes fire in your chosen direction. It's worth noting that during Agheel's Flame, your character hangs in the air a little, even if you cast it while jumping. Obviously, fire breath deals fire damage, and players can cast the spell several times in a row as long as they have enough FP.
