Paranormal Progress is one of the easiest trophies/achievements players can get their hands on in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. It requires players to open any one of the three doors in Mob of the Dead that cannot be purchased.
In this guide, we’ll be opening the door that leads to the Laundry Room in Mob of the Dead because it holds one of the key items to build the plane. That is the only way to complete the main Easter Egg.
How to Open the Laundry Room Door in Mob of the Dead
The Laundry Room door can be found in the main Cell Blocks next to the cafeteria desks. To unlock the door, players are required to switch to Afterlife and turn on power to the hidden Voltmeter.
Interact with the Afterlife switch found in the corner of Broadway to turn into ghost mode. After switching to Afterlife, simply walk in front of the cafeteria desk in the main hallway to watch a portal form.
Enter the portal and jump on top of the pipes. There will be a blue arrow marked on the walls to guide you. Follow those arrows until you reach the second floor.
On the second floor, there will be a voltmeter that you can zap with your trigger key to supply power to the Laundry Room door. This will cause the door to unlock and you’ll be instantly awarded with the Paranormal Progress achievement/trophy in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 zombies.
